panShy, introverted bookstore owner Jane & outgoing, adventure seeking Caleb have very little in common except being close to Jane‘s sister (Caleb‘s business partner.) When tragedy strikes, they are drawn together, but does compromise mean they both get what they want? Or does it mean neither gets what they really want? In this case, I‘m not sure the author sells me on the HEA.
