While on our walk this evening we came across our streets little free library box and found this ol' gem. I say old because I was working at Chapters bookstore 12 or so years ago when this came out! It was a huge hit and I never read it. As I was only 16ish at the time, YA was more my game. Looking forward to this read to see what all the hype was about. #freelibrary #amillionlittlepieces

Claudia9498 Either way, @Erika13137 , hope you enjoyed it. I had heard he made some of the stuff up or was based on a friends experience (a friend he made while in rehab) . I'm sure it holds relatable truths to someone's life. I enjoyed it. It had some grotesque parts that were hard for me to get thru , but ...WHAT. A. STORY. Hope you "enjoyed" it. 8y

Erika13137 @Claudia9498 I haven't finished it yet but that Dentist part was BRUTAL! Other than that it's an interesting read. The format took awhile to get used too. 8y

Claudia9498 @Erika13137 Yes!.. I cringed!... You're right the format took me awhile to get used to as well. I've never read anything written that way before. But once you get used to it, it's all good. 8y
