I enjoyed being back in the time of Henry VIII with Matthew and Jack. Matthew has been sent to York to make sure a dissenter of Henry‘s reforms stays in good health to make it to London to be tortured. Along the way other mysteries abound.

pickFamily, trauma and grief are the main themes of this book about four sisters. An interesting look at how being raised in the same home is experienced in a different way but each sibling. Good writing and interesting characters make this an engaging read.

pickI already have one Liv Constantine book picked as a #WeeklyFavorite this month. This could be the second. I partially predicted the twist at the end but was surprised as well. I listened to this on audio and the narration was very good.
