DrSpalding Penguin- Random House is a wonderful publisher that supports teachers with wonderful resources! Good choice. Your universal design principle would work well with storytelling in addition to read aloud. You went the extra mile by adding standards however some information is missing or doesn‘t actually align with the appropriate grade level. This book would be appropriate in kindergarten or first grade but probably not beyond that. 4y
