April TBR! (I think) I'm planning on participating in #tometopple , where you read books over 500 pages, and Dewey's 24-hour readathon later this month. We'll see what I get to! #tbr

My top 3 wishlist to read during #tometopple in August! Overall the readathons, I'm hoping to get at least 20 books in. We'll see if I can do it alongside having this baby! 🤰 Will I crash and burn?? Probably.lol 🤣

That‘s a wrap for me for #TomeTopple 11! I read 4 doorstoppers and completed 7 categories. I absolutely loved all of these books. I really enjoyed this challenge and am so psyched to have read these great books.

merelybookish Good work! 👏 4y
Amandajoy How often does the tome topple happen? I may have to participate next time. So many big books on my stack! 4y
Cathythoughts That‘s a big achievement 👍🏻. I loved Fingersmith.... 4y
Well-ReadNeck @Amandajoy the last Tome Topple was in February, so every few months? This was my first go at it. 4y

Listened to this one on #audiobook Was a great narration with Will Patton and Kate Mulgrew. A long one for #TomeTopple

Amandajoy How many hours does an audiobook have to be before you classify it as a tome? I usually classify 450+ pages as a chunkster or tome, but have been trying to figure out how many hours that translates to. 4y
Well-ReadNeck @Amandajoy For Tome Topple it‘s 500+ pages, but I think 450+ is better. I had a LOT of books on my TBR between 450 and 500 that I‘ve put off for being so long. I just looked up the page count on amazon in determining the audiobook length. This one was over 17 hours, but I don‘t know if the time directly translates. 4y
Amandajoy We should make something up 🙂 4y

nikirtehsuxlol For audiobook, anything over 16 hours starts to being kinda long for me and I hesitate buying it. But I have listened to two 30+ hour guys 4y
Well-ReadNeck @nikirtehsuxlol Same here. They have to be REALLY good narrations. I loved Ari Fliakos‘ narration of The Nix, which was another long one. 4y
Well-ReadNeck @Amandajoy Yes! I had a 14 plus hour one that I looked up the pages and it was just under. I‘m thinking 15 is probably about right. 4y

Finished this one for #TomeTopple A great pandemic read, too. I loved it. So glad that the Tome Topple Challenge put this on my front burner.

It has probably been 10 years since I finished book 3 in this series, but I have always said that I eventually wanted to carry on with it! It was a little difficult to remember everything and everyone, but that didn't really affect my enjoyment. This series is just as engrossing of a fantasy story as I remember. Glad I picked it back up, for sure. Hopefully it won't take another 10 years before I read the last book in the series!

I hadn't planned on participating in the #tometopple readathon but three of my #currentreads fit the requirement so I guess I'm participating. 🤣

I will participate! As for goals, they will be to make progress with my month-long readathons: #AsianReadathon, #Mentalhealth-athon, and #Medievalathon. This will also intersect with #TomeTopple, where I am hoping to read 2 tomes, and #believathonII, so throw some kids books on in there, too! It's a lot, but I'm genuinely interested to see if I can work all the readathons in! #NutsInMay
