In Japan, forest bathing, or shinrin-yoku. Shinrin in Japanese means “forest,” and yoku means “bath.” So shinrin-yoku means bathing in the forest atmosphere, or taking in the forest through our senses. 🌲 🌳

I enjoy all these consonants in a row and how it looks more confusing than it is.

This one holds sentimental value for me, as it was the first unusual two-letter Scrabble word I memorized as a kid, and the one that helped me finally beat my parents. I also had the pleasure of being challenged on it, reciting the definition, then watching my parents' shock when they checked the dictionary and saw I hadn't been bluffing.
