Was able to stop in Wilmington (southern Vermont) yesterday to get a stamp on my Vermont Independent Bookstore Passport. What a sweet little town with a fabulous bookstore! Excited about these books. Miller, a Vermont author, wrote the tagged book which was sooo good and I encourage folks to check it out. Can‘t wait to check his newest one out. BooksandCoffee4Me Spent a wonderful two weeks at the Putney Inn in Putney, Vermont about ten years ago. Drove upstate to Lake Champlaigne (sp?). I would love to see Vermont in the fall! 2w
Suet624 @BooksandCoffee4Me Hi Laurie, I live in northern Vermont and rarely get to the southern part of the state (which is where Wilmington is) so it's been a delight to do this Passport program and see towns I don't normally go to. For instance, I've never been to Putney even though I've lived here for almost 50 years. I lived right on Lake Champlain for about 20 years - a spectacular lake. Come to Vermont!
