In this first one, Liz struggles with finding her independence from Jessica, leading her to start the Sixers, a newspaper while Jess joins the prestigious Unicorn Club for the prettiest girls!

TorieStorieS @dabbe I just saw that— 92 is a long life where she impacted many readers! In my grad program for library school, one of our guest lecturers discussed how often these books are still used for teaching English as a second language because the reading level and the cultural references. I doubt that it‘s true anymore considering these are getting harder to find, but I have always loved the whole series! 2mo
