Narration was well done, plot was propulsive and often laugh out loud funny. Gave me some interesting thoughts that I am still thinking about and had me always wondering how it would end! Recommended. 🪜💡🪴❤️

What is true is that Copper really does not like to take direction when I need a dog + book photo!
I enjoyed the heck out of this. I googled SO many youtube clips of her… ended up putting more movies on my to-be-watched list. 🎥 🍿

I was fascinated by how this story was told; the narration was excellent. The words were…. Interesting. Go Ed; lots of privilege as well as tragedy, but yowza the privilege and luck. The last time I read Danielle Steele was HS.
#Sep2024 Book78 #ReadICT category season (yeah, yeah: creativity! 🤪😂)

Who has seen the movie?! 🎥🍿 I enjoyed this story and it reinforces my adoration for Blume - what an American treasure.

Romance reads for me must be totally consuming and ALL-IN! Or I just get bored and start skimming just to get to the end. This started fine but fizzled for me - the little sister character storyline got uncomfortable and the ending was abrupt. Okay then. NEXT✔️

Children‘s books are my go-to when I need a category fix for a challenge - and when the #AsheCoNCReadingChallenge2024 has 50 categories, it‘s best to get creative.
This was delightful and I walked 2.7 miles to the entire listen.

Audible had this available for free 🤷🏻♀️ and I need a book with a dragon 🐉 for the #AsheCoNCReadingChallenge2024 AND I am excited that my Converse 💙🌊 arrived AND I am excited that my shrimp 🦐 🌱 plant has a new flower 🌸 AND that my heart has some hope.
So, I spent an amazing amount of minutes scrolling through my gr TBR to get to the page of what books were pub‘d in the year/s I was 16 (ahem) and LO & BEHOLD Davis‘ important work (my assumption but I don‘t think I am wrong) was published in 1981. And my library has a copy. BRING IT. (I was considering Irving‘s Hotel New Hampshire and/or Judy Blume‘s Tiger Eyes) #ReadICT (category: year age 16)
FYI there are 13 books on my tbr pub‘d 1981
