I think it‘s tough to review this book without risking spoilers. It feels part fantasy, part magical realism, and completely enchanting. I have a feeling this works better as a physical book that requires closer attention, but the narrator was good. I enjoyed the story, even if I‘m not 100% sure what happened. This is my musical instrument on the cover for #booked2021.

WOW! I was a little iffy about this and all the hype but this was AMAZING. I listened to this as an audiobook and this is another case where I think the audio outshines the regular version. The cast was incredible. This reads/sounds almost like a VH1 "Behind the Music" episode. Do yourself a solid and audiobook this.

I just realized I can use this for #Booked2019 prompt of Features a Musician. Win!

WanderingBookaneer Neither am I. Not am I a fan of Fleetwood Mac (or know their history). I had never heard “Emmylou” by First Aid Kit, either. 6y
