Ha. She speaks so true to my heart. We all fall into True Crime for different reasons, but it does help us feel empowered. We feel for the victims, we question how people can be so horrible to each other; it just goes so much deeper than chisme.

As for a review, I liked it for what it was. I understand emotions, love, thoughts, future all that will still happen for young women who are growing up, but I feel like that was the least exciting part of the book (the world-building was so much more interesting)

This was so beautifully drawn. Seriously loved it. I like mythology, so any take on that can be pretty interesting, so this did not disappoint. I had initially picked it up because the bookseller saw I was eying it and told me .. girl get it! Ha. She was right! Thank you --- whoever you were.

So, I enjoyed this little romp through the scary satirical life we live in. The baby-cages thing hits particularly close to home (I am from South Texas, where these “camps“ are located).

Anyway, I would say it's an exciting read (and would make an excellent little coffee table book.
