so-soToday‘s prompt is #oven and this is the first story that came to mind! It was one of my favorite stories growing up. So ran out to the library to see what versions they might have to offer. I loved the art work but the writing was pretty stilted. Over all it was okay, but I won‘t be ordering it to add to my personal library.

There are hundreds of excellent books about writing, but most of them are boring, complicated, or bogged down by filler. This book is brief and easy to understand. It won‘t bore you with mundane grammar rules or the crap you learn in English class, but offers concrete suggestions on how to improve your writing.
