Both the #AwesomeApril and #OMCEaster Readathons enabled me to get a flow back to my reading for the first time in almost 2 months, so thanks to @Clwojick and @LadyKatrina

By the end of #AwesomeApril I managed to finish 9 books and read 3248 pages so I‘m calling that a success.

Thanks everyone who played along. See you in May 😍

Mollyanna Nicely done! Glad you got your reading groove back. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 2y

Although I didn‘t achieve both of my goals for #OMCEaster I‘m really happy that I got some consistency back in my reading, with around 350 pages read every day. Just wasn‘t long enough. Thanks for hosting @Clwojick @LadyKatrina

I read 5 / 5 books targeted ✅

I read 1386 / 1500 pages targeted, so fell short by 114 pages. 😣

Clwojick You did great! Thanks so much for joining us! ❤️ 2y
Andrew65 @Clwojick Thanks 😍 How could I not 😂 2y

#MostAnticipatedRead2023 #OMCEaster @Clwojick @LadyKatrina

For me it is book 11 in the DCI Matilda Darke Series. I NEED to know what happened to Matilda after the cliff hanger ending to book 10. I‘m not liking the title and what it might indicate 😱

Clwojick I hate when books end in a cliffhanger 🫣 2y
Andrew65 @Clwojick I quite like it BUT only if the next book is available straight away. 2y
Clwojick @Andrew65 okay, yes! But I‘m not okay with having to wait A YEAR to figure out what happens. I‘m the same way with tv shows. I‘ll wait until a whole season is out. Im not one for watching week to week 😂🫣 2y

First #AuthorAMonth book finished for this month. A difficult book to review. Very slow building during first 2/3 of the book telling the before and after the murder story. Then in final 1/3 became more pacier as secrets were revealed along with a good few twists along the way. Overall I really enjoyed this book and the story it told. @Soubhiville

3rd book finished for #AwesomeApril
4th book finished for #OMCEaster @Clwojick @LadyKatrina

Clwojick Great job! 🖤 2y

3rd book finished for #OMCEaster and 2nd for #AwesomeApril

A short book set in Kinloch (Home for the DCI Daley Series) in the 1960s. Kinloch is snowed in so a flotilla of ships head down the coast for provisions for the town, but are made to turn back due to the heavy snowfall. One doesn‘t and this book covers their adventures including a large bird and a Viking longship.

A very entertaining and humorous book with great characters.

Clwojick Great job! 2y
