pickAfter compiling so many movie surveys lately for #TLT, I decided to dive into this fun-and-fact-filled book by TCM. It's a thoughtfully compiled guide to some of the most influential films in cinema history and based on THE ESSENTIALS series aired weekly on TCM. Aimed at both casual viewers and dedicated film enthusiasts, the book offers a balanced selection of classics spanning multiple genres, eras, and styles. I'll have to read the others!

I want to see Jerry Maguire, Erin Brockovich, Avatar, The Green Mile. I like Tom Hanks. I found out that he and I share a birthday. Our birthdays are both on July 9 but we were born different years.
