So, this happened today. My youngest has two weeks off so she came over to help me sort out my library. This is just my #MountTBRStacksOfDoom from the floor & table in my library. I still have 8 double stuffed shelves & a triple stacked desk full that needs to be sorted as well. Now I‘ve just gotta alphabetise these before I can bring in the new set of shelves for the 2nd bedroom. At least I can see exactly what I have to read for my #quarantine

Bk5 of my #JumpStart2020 is a #MountTBR2020 & a #BeatTheBacklist2020 read plus I think someone on Litsy is doing a challenge involving doorstoppers. Can anyone confirm that? This book has been on my #MountTBRStacksOfDoom for at least 2yrs, for one reason or another I‘ve just passed it by. I loved her other novel, Neverworld Wake, so it‘s this guys turn. It‘s told with news clippings, internet pages etc as part of the story so should be interesting

When I went to look for a new book in my #MountTBRStacksOfDoom I was having to put back book after book, coz all the books I wanted to read fit in October‘s #Scarathlon criteria and I have to wait another week!😫Finally decided to pick this one up and so far it‘s really good. Except the descriptions of abuse turned my stomach. A lot. This is one of the books I won from Hachette Australia, I probably never would‘ve picked this up myself otherwise.

Continuing on with the #HSreadathon & #SummersEndReadathon tonight until I drop from exhaustion! I started reading the 2nd Pern book but just wasn‘t into it so I‘m trying this little novel which has been on my #MountTBRStacksOfDoom for a few months. Charles has been obsessed with a Victorian fairytale since he was a boy, now he has the chance to live in the authors home with his wife, a relation of the writer. But Hollow House is full of secrets.

#BookMail Pt7 The 2nd last book from last week is a non fiction about the Salem Witch trials in 1692. I love witches, ever since I was a kid when my favorite tv show was Bewitched. So when I saw all the great reviews for this I had to get it. After this week, the book mail will be almost nonexistent unfortunately. The hubby, who knows how much reading means to me & is happy to fund me, has had a mild fit about the #MountTBRStacksOfDoom🙇🏻‍♀️

The two at the bottom that‘s difficult to see are A Is For Arsenic-Kathryn Harkup & That Inevitable Victorian Thing-EK Johnston. Which ones have you 1. Read 2. Currently reading or 3. I can‘t wait to get my new bookcase, it‘s driving me nuts seeing this mess every night. I also have plans to buy a book cart from Ikea to make organisation & moving books around a lot easier. Some more #shelflove from my library, this time it‘s part of the front of my #MountTBRStacksOfDoom Since my health crashed awhile ago, it‘s been hard to keep my library organised. Our last child moved out almost 2 months ago so I‘m currently working on the hubby to let me put a corner bookcase in her old room for my TBR Overflow. The rate I read usually, I should have about 3yrs worth of books to get through, my problem is letting them go after!
