A viscerally-moving picturebook in French that depicts wordlessly the ravages of #War. A letter found at the end of the book provides a moving context to the stark images. #FierceFeb Day 4: Tom Feelings was one of my #ToBeYoungGiftedAndBlack discoveries while I was at the #InternationalYouthLibrary in Munich. His wordless historical book The Middle Passage evokes such a powerful, visceral effect that it is almost like a punch in the gut.
