pickI read this for the first time at the end of 2014... HOW did I miss this book growing up?! This is my #Day6 pick for the #Booktober Challenge because it's #FullofAdventure like so many good children's books are. There is something magical about reading children's books as an adult.
For #booktober days 6 and 7. It's both #fullofadventure and #somethingborrowed. This copy is mine but when I first read it, I borrowed a copy from my dad who borrowed it from my grandmother.

The ideas about the power of storytelling and how which stories we choose to believe can alter, even save our lives have really stuck with me.
