bailedSorry, I know I‘m in the minority here, but I just can‘t finish this audiobook. When Darby let out a sensual groan because of the smell of food, I couldn‘t go any further. I have so much venting but I have to keep cutting my review. So I will end with this - the book is made up of unbelievable characters and it is a so called historical fiction that is really chic lit. Ugh. I really wanted to like it.
Kaye Nothing wrong with giving your true opinion on a book. If others like it, that‘s great, but if you don‘t, that‘s just fine too. Life‘s too short to waste on books you don‘t enjoy. 7y
