My (probably overly) ambitious #weeklyforecast -
Almost done with the tagged book (not pictured). Hot Ice & The Last Waltz are for #MarchUnshelving, The Happy Camper is a review copy that got lost in the mail; review is due next week!! Mosquitoland is for #LMPBC & Sarah Ward books have been out from the library forever. When I saw Murakami was March's #authoramonth I remembered that 1Q84 was already on my TBR but I had no idea it clocked in at⬇️

TheAromaofBooks (cont'd) almost 1000 pages!! Mixed feelings about reading it right now, but I think I will at least give it a try...

Clwojick You‘ll do great! ♥️🌟 5y
Buechersuechtling Oh, I perfectly understand your feelings about the Morikami book. That‘s why until now I refused to try to read it. If I came across it as an audiobook, I‘d be sure to give it a try. But as a physical book I think I‘ll give it a pass. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Is this #BookwormArrogance❓☺️🤔 5y

TheAromaofBooks @Buechersuechtling - haha I don't know if it's BookwormArrogance, but it may be smart thinking!!! This one is a seriously chunkster!! I can't imagine trying to listen to a book this long on audio, though - I have trouble concentrating on audiobooks. My main problem with fat books like this is that I like to haul my books around with me wherever I go, and this one just isn't very convenient for that style of reading!! 5y
Buechersuechtling @TheAromaofBooks If you ask me, it isn‘t very convenient for any style of reading because it will definitely be heavy. And heavy books can‘t be read while lying and I definitely like reading in bed, so there might be a slight problem there. 5y
TheAromaofBooks @Buechersuechtling - my husband and I are those terrible people who read at every meal, so when I get a chunkster like this one I often leave it as my “table“ book and work on it at meals when I don't have to hold it up!! Then I choose a regular-sized book for the rest of my reading time. 5y
Buechersuechtling @TheAromaofBooks Clever you. 😄 I store that idea in the back of my head. Maybe the time will come where I profit from it. 5y
