Black Butler, Vol. 32 | Yana Toboso

As always, Yana never fails to keep her readers engaged and tell a heart wrenching story. We finally got a glimpse into Baldo‘s backstory and it is even more tragic than readers were originally let onto. Readers are now left waiting for the next installment to the current arc, and I cannot wait until it is here! #blackbutler

Oh goodness what a cliffhanger! And I don't have the next volume! Oh the horror! We have journeyed to Germany for this story line and how what a storyline it is!

Another fun volume. Still a little more Cricket than I'm interested in but in any event it was an entertaining read. Love the Victorian/Gothic vibe of this series. And the artwork is one of my favorites series wide go.

Clare-Dragonfly I definitely would not expect this book to contain cricket based on the cover 😆 2y

Well, this hasn't been my favorite. Whilst I'm interested in the missing students mystery this volume focused a lot on the game Cricket which I'm happy to report I still don't understand rule or play wise 🙄

We are now on to another case this one involving missing students at an elite school. To be fair this one was slow to start but when it found its stride well worth the read. Love these mini mysteries.

I love this series. The sinking of the ship and the undead dead is still being dealt with as well as we get a little more info on Sébastien's relationship with the young master.

I love the artwork in this series! In this volume we have a cross between Titanic and The Walking Dead. Add a very big surprise about one of the main characters and voila a fun read.

Well this one was kinda strange. We still were talking about the previous murder case and then headed into thr next storyline which is giving Bram Stoker/Titanic vibes and I'm there for it. Great cliffhanger ending.

For all its fun and amazing artwork this volume has a very dark story within. Of course, concerning a circus. I love that we finally got some backstory in this one too. Truly one of my favorite series. Victorian and Gothic vibes, y'all.
