22 #104 The final book of the year and goal of 104 books in 2022 met…barely. 😂 This book…I enjoyed because I enjoy Pam Jenoff. BUT it didn‘t feel very well researched. The protagonist seems whiny and immature. And she does some bonehead things. But I‘d still read the next installment if there is one. Happy new year!

Just finished listening to the audiobook version of this book. How I enjoy listening to Neil Gaiman! And, of all the Marvel characters, Thor is my favorite. The description of the book said he was powerful but not the brightest, but I enjoy his adventures anyway. And Loki - what a mischief-maker! As you can tell, I really enjoyed this book! #104 #BookSpinBingo 24 #BFC21 #6 #TAILSandTSLESforADULTS #31 #THEROYALREADATHON HSREADATHON

A strong start to a new run. The art style took a little getting used to, and there are some writing quirks that reminded me this was not a Wilson-written Ms Marvel. A bit darker than I'm used to with Ms Marvel. I'll have to see how it progresses.

(quarantine book #104; read a book in one sitting)

#104 of my year and I was supposed to read Leigh Bardugos new one but this was calling my name so loudly so I had to read this first. This is my Book of The Month October pick and I am so excited.

Caffeinated_Reader I‘m conflicted about this book. I absolutely loved it in the beginning I was blown away by it all. It was so huge and well written. Then towards the end I felt like I was being preached at and the entire story became something completely different lol I was like wait WHAT? (edited) 5y
Caffeinated_Reader I think it should have stayed true to what the story was without trying to be this huge cluster fuck of religious crap. I get it you can‘t have a story about the devil without including god in it BUT when 5y
Caffeinated_Reader all 600 plus pages were perfectly balanced and dished out you really ruin it by shoving a whole other agenda in the end. I will still recommend this book because there‘s a lot of amazing things to think about and obviously it opens dialogue on the subject (edited) 5y
Caffeinated_Reader of heaven vs hell good vs evil and whatever but I am extremely disappointed with the way it‘s left. So yeah. 5y
