Finished my first book for #JoyousJanuary Readathon, a book already started going into it. This was book 3 in the DI Tom Douglas series. This was another enjoyable book in the series, although not my favourite one in the series. I look forward to continuing with this series and notice the 10th one is due to be published next month.

I loved all the twists in this book! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was totally hooked on this.. 4/5.. Full of twists that kept you turning them pages.. Suspenseful Page Turner.. Loved it.. 😊

This was a compelling and intriguing crime novel featuring mad obsession and unconditional maternal love. I found the character of the chief inspector, Tom Douglas a bit flat, but it could be because I haven't read the first two books. I thought the ending would be flat too, but there was a nice plot twist at the end!

This book is getting better and better!

Let the two-hour train ride begin! I already had a mini heart attack because I accidentally spilled some water on my kindle, but fortunately it still works!
