The Empty Nest | Fiona Palmer
1 post | 1 read | 1 to read
A moving story from bestselling rural romance author of The Outback Heart, Fiona Palmer. Mothers' Day has always been a special day for Sandi, because her beloved kids spoil her rotten. But this year won't be the same. Her daughter, Gracie, has joined her brother Jack at boarding school and Sandi dreads waking up to a quiet house. Even her husband, Paul, seems distant and preoccupied with farm work. So she never could have guessed what the day has in store . . . The Empty Nest includes an exclusive preview from Fiona Palmer's forthcoming new novel, The Sunnyvale Girls! I have met a few famous people: Tom Jones, Colonel Sanders, Ginger Rogers, Jaclyn Smith, Ben Vereen.

I‘m thankful that after almost 40 years, my husband and I have the house to ourselves. My daughter and grandson fledged last month (Oh! Happy Day!🥳) It‘s so nice to be “just us”. #EmptyNest #ThankfulThursday

Cosmos_Moon_River Thanks for joining in this week! I can‘t imagine my empty nest... still with 7 and 9 year olds 🥰 4y
