pickI've started reading more romances lately and I really liked this one. But how could a book about cowboys go wrong? Mav left town as soon as he could and now that his father has died he reluctantly comes home and reconnects with family and friends. I'll be picking up the sequel soon.

There were places where the conversations were a little stilted. But Leigh and Maverick make up for it with the steamy, hot bedroom scenes! 😍💋🔥. I enjoyed reading about this couple's return to each other and second chances. Maverick‘s tale is not to be missed!
