pickThis is by far one of the most beautiful cookbooks I own. Tessa, born in London to a Finnish mother and a Cypriot father moved to South Africa at the age of four. She currently lives in Italy. This cookbook weaves Finnish, Greek, S African and Italian cuisine with extras from other travels. My copy is completely stained from use. The photographs are amazing.

Cuilin @Chrissyreadit yeah not great, especially the fish recipes are a no go, others not so bad, I‘ve made good substitutions. The plus is there are great vegetable recipes that are easily altered. It‘s more for the omnivore, for sure. 1y
