A very sweet romance where two families grow closer as they work together to rescue and train a very anxious stray dog. Jessica and Briggs also fall in love while working on this common goal. Jessica and her father are veterinarians, so this story really satisfied my craving for good dog-centric stories where the dog remains safe and happy. A great choice for late night reading during a busy work week.
