Big Brother meets Black Mirror in this high-concept thriller in which six strangers take part in a mysterious medical experiment in an isolated mansion. Amanda Pearson was once the hottest rising star in the music world. Not anymore. Washed up, broke and directionless following a public breakdown, she is certain she will never be adored again. But she is very wrong. Her old manager calls her out of the blue with an opportunity: a week's stay at an isolated mansion with five strangers, all under constant observation. Every day they must take a pill. Five people will be taking a placebo, but one person will take an experimental drug that they are assured has no adverse side effects. So, what's the catch? Amanda isn't sure, but the pay is too tempting to turn down. However, it soon becomes clear that this is no ordinary experiment. Each day Amanda discovers more about her fellow housemates, that the old mansion holds horrifying secrets, and that there is no way out...

Pickpick

I can't express enough how much I liked this book. The end wasn't as good as the beginning, but it was a page turner that had a fast pace and kept me wondering what the heck was going to happen next. Amanda was once the “IT“ girl, but lost it all when she got involved with drugs. She has a chance to get it all back if she participates in a social experiment... But when fandom crosses over to obsession, everything spins out of control. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Happy Thanksgiving Litans🦃🍽️
Today I am giving thanks for lots of things, especially for this community, but also for my latest read that I am engrossed in. Honeycomb is a LOL funny knock your socks off read! I've been laughing non-stop since listening to it on audible. This book about a former singer, who got involved in drugs and lost her career. Now, invited to take party in a social experiment, she has a chance to win back her dreams.⬇️⬇️⬇️

BookLineNSinker I have been in a horrible book rut for what seems like months, but this book has reinvigorated me. With a motley crew of character that will have you rolling around in hysterics, it's kept me compulsively listening!!!! I very much recommend this book (especially audio of you enjoy 🎧 ) and if you love dark humor and thrilling satire. (edited) 4w
