Another listen for the #SpookySeason! I really enjoyed this original & engaging listen. Deena sits at her dying aunt‘s bedside, more out of assuaging her guilt than true affection for Agatha, who grew more bitter & vile as she aged. Deena maintains her vigil, even when her own senses betray her & she fears she‘s headed for another breakdown. She doesn‘t show maturity here & the vivid sensory descriptions place this firmly in the horror category!
