Pickpick

This middle grade graphic novel series continues to delight with a compelling story, engaging characters, & stunning artwork. What makes the art so compelling—& in turn the story that much more exciting for young readers—is that so much of the setting is at night or in places where there‘s no light. Probert is excellent at drawing darkness—always pierced by a little light somewhere—& shadows. Atmospheric, optimistic/hopeful & there‘s more to come!
