Saw this on Brian K. Vaughan‘s Instagram and all I can say is YAY!!! Super excited to see this announcement. Love the comic and can‘t wait to see the adaptation!

1️⃣ Yes, I think graphic novels are collections of a multi-part story whereas comic books are individual issues. Nowadays most comic stories are told in about 6-12 issues so they can be reprinted as trade paperbacks, but I remember when comic book stories were told in only 1 or 2 issues.
2️⃣ Tagged! The entire series is so good!
3️⃣ Stylized art as it‘s more unique to the artist (Norm Breyfogle‘s amazing art on Batman comes to mind).
Has anyone read a graphic novel series called Y: The Last Man? I haven‘t. My husband has the complete series hanging out in the bookshelf. Maybe I should read it sometime? 🤔

pickSeriously, is Yorrick one of the most annoying man boys ever? And, he's really not too bright. At least he likes to read. But, bc of the storytelling, I am that irritated that Yorrick is the one man boy to survive. Kudos and curses to Vaughan.
Going to be spending some time with the last few volumes of this series. These are quite good!
