The mean-spirited awkwardness of the teen years wasn‘t a favorite. Wes is very unlikable in the first portion of the book. He was violent and a bully. It was almost a DNF. Fortunately, things became more interesting.

Once I started making progress I couldn‘t stop reading! This book is like a roller coaster; there‘s always something happening that stars ✨ requires ✨ you to turn the page. I loved watching Wes, and those around him, learn about himself and how he relates to the world around him. 🛹 📸 🩰
This book is a great YA🏳️🌈 romance about figuring out your identity and first love. Very entertaining and you can get it for cheap this week!!
4 ⭐ Wesley, known as big Mac to his friends, is a punk. He‘s a punk on a skateboard. He‘s got anger issues, rowdy friends and is struggling to find their place in the world. They also know they‘re gay but is yet to come out of the closet. Around the holidays he‘s forced to go see the Nutcracker with his soon to be stepsister and he can‘t keep his eyes off the ballet dancer on stage. Tristan is out and proud.
Loving this new release. Cute and angsty. The audio narrated by Michael Crouch is stellar. Update: first 5🌟read of the year!! Perfection!!
