Day of the Gnomes | 
pickNext in my #BBRC #EasyReaders selection is a ‘graphic reader‘ (comic). And it‘s kind of fab. When Norman Normal knocks over a plastic gnome in his local garden centre, he discovers a real gnome trapped inside. Together, they plan to get the gnome-knappers to #CallItADay!
Although I didn‘t love the pictures, the story was exciting & funny- the sort of thing which capable-but-reluctant readers might actually want to pick up. Great stuff! 🦩🦩🦩🦩🦩
