Indonesian Shrimp Fried Rice for #Mtcookbook! I love all of the concise options ATK offers in one place. I‘m a big fan of tables & charts with variations of something.

From now on my rice preference is basmati, as blasphemous to the stir fried rice tradition as that might be.

Tonight I‘m going to try the orange sesame. 😋 (With chili crisp of course.) ♥️

Amiable I love basmati rice, too. 7mo
Tamra @Amiable 😊 I like that the grains remain separate. 7mo
JacqMac Bad@Stu is my preference, too. For all things. lol 7mo
mabell Yum! How did the orange sesame turn out? 6mo
Tamra @mabell we all liked it! It‘s hard not to like fried rice. 🙃 6mo

Pickpick

Great book for meal inspirations based on master sauces & dressings. Hard to beat ATK, though I admit they can get a bit fussy in terms of technique and sometimes we don‘t have time for faff.

Made this one last night and it was delicious - looking forward to leftovers! 😋 (Subbed couscous for bulgar & added Kalamata olives.)

jlhammar Oooh, we've got some mint in the garden to use. Might have to try this soon. Thanks for sharing! 1y
Tamra @jlhammar I didn‘t have any mint, but that would put it right over the top in yum! 1y
