Purge City
Purge City | Brad Magnarella

If you can't stand the heat... When New York City unveils a program to roast supernaturals, I wonder if I should be sweating. The bloodthirsty Arnaud thinks so, and he's insisting that our survival depends on a wizard-vampire alliance. Never mind his history of wanting me dead. Or undead. Meanwhile, the mayor wants me on his team-an offer that's only slightly less unnerving given our recent clash. So who's really behind the purge? City Hall? The werewolves? Or is it the brainchild of the fae, whose newest advisor to the mayor slipped from my bed and life four months ago? I'm getting the cold feeling someone's trying to manipulate the program, and me, to set off a larger war, one that could explode through the city. One thing's for sure. If I don't get my head straight and my magic on, it's going to be a hell of a summer. Prof Croft Series Preq 0: Book of Souls Book 1: Demon Moon Book 2: Blood Deal Book 3: Purge City Book 4: Death Mage (spring 2017) The prequel can be read before or after book 1

07/100 I'm happy to say Book Three of the Prof. Croft series was just as enjoyable as the previous two. With each book, he reminds me less of John Constantine and more of his own character. The Mayor of NYC has decided to purge the city (thus the title) of all supernatural creatures, and Croft is enlisted to help. It's all a trap, of course, and he soon finds himself in the middle of a four way battle between werewolves, vampires, the fae, ⬇️

RamsFan1963 and humans. Usually I don't appreciate big bombshell revelations at the end of books, but this one fit in with the mystery thats been running through the first three books (who murdered Croft's mother?), so I'll allow it. Now I need to get the next book added to my Kindle. 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐💫 #Jumpstart2025 #Read2025 #SeriesLove2025 2w

"Svelare" The word vibrated from my mouth, dispelling the magical veil over my floor to ceiling bookcase.
