A nerd must fight powerful spirits and aliens all vying for the secret power of his family jewel, so who better to fight alongside him than his high school crush and a spirit granny?! Momo Ayase and Okarun are on opposite sides of the paranormal spectrum regarding what theyll believe in and what they wont. Their quest to prove each other wrong leads them down a path of secret crushes and paranormal battles theyll have to participate in to believe! Momo Ayase strikes up an unusual friendship with her schools UFO fanatic, whom she nicknames Okarun because he has a name that is not to be said aloud. While Momo strongly believes in spirits, she thinks aliens are nothing but nonsense. Her new friend, however, thinks quite the opposite. To settle matters, the two set out to prove each other wrongMomo to a UFO hotspot and Okarun to a haunted tunnel! What unfolds next is a beautiful story of young loveand oddly horny aliens and spirits?

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3.5/5)

Not gonna lie, my thoughts at the beginning of this book consisted of “what the hell am I reading right now?”. Once past the first chapter of the volume, I began to enjoy it a bit more and found it strange, but interesting. I didn‘t enjoy the suggestive parts as much (also what is with the grandma‘s appearance??) but I‘ll read the next one to see how the story continues.

3 ⭐ What the F did I just read. This story is at times hard to follow and a tad bit disturbing. At the same time you want to know what happens next. It‘s like the car crash you can‘t look away from. I‘m not even sure where the title comes from. You have two characters. One is a popular girl, and the other is a geeky nerdy boy. They end up stuck together because of UFOs and evil spirits. They must find a way to work together,

LibrarianRyan exercise the Demons, and not get tortured. The beginning of this book is very rapey. There is no rape but it‘s very rapey. Plus, the emphasis on schlongs, the having and not having of them, as well as the quite frequent gratuitous semi naked girl who is supposed to be in high school is a bit much for this reader. I like the story when it‘s being crazy, I don‘t like the story when it‘s being unnecessarily sexual because it‘s done in such a way as 2y
LibrarianRyan being degrading to women. I am interested enough to see what happens in book 2 to see where this goes, but if I‘m more storylines doesn‘t start taking shape this will be a short series. 2y

Curses and aliens oh my! This was fun if not somewhat offbeat story. Was a fast read and the two characters were funny and odd. Which I think was kinda the point.
