An informative audiobook with applications to each stage of childhood development for preventing substance abuse. Tips for talking to your kids EARLY and often about how to “say no” though it‘s much more complicated for that for kids. Also, knowing family history of substance abuse can help kids make the right decisions. Lahey brings her real life experience (though it seems a bit privileged and mild) to the information presented.
