An excellent finish for this duology. I might have even liked it better than the first! It's got so much to chew on - political intrigue, discussions on colonisation and the fluidity of gender/sexuality, platonic and romantic love, healing from trauma - but doesn't feel heavy handed. I would love another story set in this fae world but I'm glad these characters got the ending they deserved
