I am glad we didn‘t continue with the original plan to visit WDW last year. It sounds as though COVID had a big impact. Hoping by the time we visit in December it will be more as we remember. Although there do seem to have been quite a few changes in the 9 years since we were there. And the big bonus is Trix is now a huge Star Wars and HP fan.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Things are so fluid at Disney parks right now with various restrictions being lifted as they strive to return to pre-pandemic levels and expectations. So, this is outdated right out of the gate, but overall, ultimately still helpful to a veritable noob like me who hasn‘t set foot in Orlando in two decades. Obvs for the most accurate information, follow Disney news/groups/pods. I love physical guidebooks for our bookshelf, so no regrets!

mabell It changes DAILY! We just got home yesterday. One day Epcot was opening at 10 and the next morning I opened the app to find out it had changed to 8:30! (8 for resort guests!) Even blogs are quickly outdated - I was excited to try food mentioned 2 months ago, and it was no longer there. Getting a handle on the app, Genie, and Genie+ is my tip. You‘ll have so much fun! 2y

I‘ve been playing around on the app and watching the Tip Board, etc. I added genie+ to all tickets at the time I purchased them so hopefully we‘ll be able to make the most of it. My boys have never been; we are so excited!! 2y
