MelAnn What I connected with:

I connected with every page of this book. Lots of highlighting done via my Kindle! Khym is personal & relatable while also taking a strategic approach to God‘s healing for your life. It was easy to read; but I had to stop after each chapter just to soak it in and reflect. All of her charts, diagrams and the reflection pieces at the end of each chapter certainly add to the worthiness of this read. 3y

I didn‘t find anything that I really struggled with on this one. I was continually thirsty for what was on the next page! 3y

All I have to do is ask for Him for his blessing. Jesus‘ name is enough.

I can‘t put my finger on it exactly, but my daily quiet time in prayer and God‘s Word is more focused. I show up with a more open & expectant heart. I get to be with God- who is “all in” when it comes to loving me. 3y

MelAnn I will recommend this to friends and family. I definitely want a hard copy of this book!

Quiet afternoon with my Kindle Oasis, cats (there‘s one in pic - but all 4 are up on my bed with me)… a great book, cozy blankets… I pity the first family member who comes in & tries to disrupt this thing I‘ve got going here 😂

tokorowilliamwallace Yay, someone else has an Oasis! Maybe you could give me some direction or guidance: I've been having some trouble exiting out of a book when reading it. I read the online guide but I don't see the menu features it says performs what I'm wanting. Are you having any issues with menu options and exiting books to the main screen at all? 3y

MelAnn @tokorowilliamwallace yes I won this Oasis and my kindle fire died right before I won it in a drawing a year ago. I love it. There are things I don‘t love about it - nothing in color for one 😂 and certain file types with lots of images don‘t work right on it. 3y

MelAnn @tokorowilliamwallace as far as exiting goes - I have some issues with that - just have to type in the right place up near the top of the page and get it to drop down that top menu to go back to library 3y

I just saw advertised as on sale for Black Friday and had never seen or heard anyone talk about this iteration of the technology, so I was intrigued and ordered it. I actually do like the muted tones of it; I think it gives it a majestic aesthetic. But that's just me. 3y

tokorowilliamwallace @MelAnn But mostly I got it to kind of nudge or encourage myself to actually read and try to get more focused on reading digitally. I do actually get most of my e-book files for free from various email curators. I joined a digital review last year at the encouragement of a new bookish friend who was doing it, because I wanted to work on improving how I process and articulate my reading experience and reading comprehension in reviews. Didn't work. 3y

46% read … so far … I absolutely adore this book! Incredible questions at the end of each chapter. Very useful worksheets. So many nuggets of wisdom and quotables. . Also love how she references popular movies to help visualize a concept she‘s talking about!
