On the way to ice skate on the frozen lake in the woods, four kids come across a single car crash with an unconscious Santa Claus thrown from the car. His car is full of gifts. Even though it‘s billed as a mystery, it‘s not really. It‘s more about the kids saving the man and discovering why he was dressed as Santa and why his car was filled with toys. The story is so-so. The cover is gorgeous! I read it over the weekend but forgot to post it.
