I‘ve got a new favourite Hotshots book, y‘all. It starts well and builds into a fabulous story about two people (and a baby) who connect on a deep level and end up building a family as they reassess their lives and work through a bunch of deep-seeded issues. I couldn‘t put it down.
NB: it gave me kind of the same vibe as Albert‘s Portland Heat books, even though it features music and firefighting rather than small businesses.
