I should have bailed. I liked the premise and I liked alternating POV but not timeline as much. All unlikeable which doesn‘t bother me but it was hard to fathom how bad everyone really was. Too many loose ends and conclusion felt rushed.

Went camping this weekend and finished this one. A group of friends from college reunite and realize that the secrets from years ago have come back to haunt them.

Fun and fast read. But, there were some unanswered questions at the end and the direction of the final scenes was pretty clear around the halfway mark.

I went through this one rather quickly, but that being said, it was hard to connect to the characters, although the premise & plot points were interesting enough. I rated this as a so-so bc the ending just did not do it for me at all & it didn‘t really make sense to me. I‘ve read the author‘s work before & have enjoyed it so I will still look for future work by this author. I expected more I suppose from this one.

Alternating POVs and timelines make this one a wild ride of a thriller. It‘s full of drama yet maintains a semblance of reality: nothing eye-rolling. You never who just who your friends really are! Not very deep, but very entertaining!

A group of friends gathers at the vacation home of one to try to stage an intervention, but eventually someone ends up dead and another missing. While I somewhat enjoyed the plot, there were too many characters and they all ended up flat and blended together. A total meh. I really liked her first two adult mysteries, but the second two make me wonder if I‘ll keep reading her or not.

Not my favorite 🤷🏻‍♀️ but worth pushing through for the ending even though I thought it was missing some answers..
