Paint Me a Picture, Mr. Pine, | 
pickMr Pine is a sign painter and today he needs a day off to paint pictures instead. It's a children's book from the early 1970s and the artwork was my favorite thing about it. I don't know that a young child would appreciate needing a day off from work to do something different, but I can relate.
