10-28-22: My 107th finished book of 2022! Wow! I LOVED this one. Josh and Lauren are unbelievably in love and have been married for 3 years. Lauren has a terminal illness. She decides to write Josh a letter for each month of the first year after she is gone to help him navigate through his grief. It was a beautiful story that brought me to tears several times. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️📖#️⃣1️⃣0️⃣7️⃣
This was a gut punch of a book! Love, loss, and grief is explored from multiple family perspectives when a young woman and new bride dies of a terminal illness. So many beautiful parts of this story, really had me thinking about life, blessings, and how we show up for the people we love. All the CW about death, but if you are in the right place for this one, it is amazing. #audio #BookspinBingo This fave me my 4th #bingo @TheAromaofBooks
A family member says I just read this book and you will love it. I laughed and cried while reading it. I‘ve only read chapter 1 and I know I have to read this one at home with tissues close by.
I did order a copy of Pew for myself since the library insists I return my borrowed copy! I desperately need my husband to read this so we can discuss it.
I spotted a secondhand copy of Pack Up the Moon at the bookstore today, but since we‘re low on funds right now, I almost passed. But then I read the first few pages, teared up a bit, and concluded that I do need this kind of emotional torment in my life.
"She had almost died. There was no avoiding that fact. It slept with her there in the hospital, amorphous no longer, but a sharp steel blade. It was real now. She woke up thinking about it, and she took it with her to sleep, and it was there in the foggy places in between."
Gah! I can‘t believe I forgot to post this one! First go and find a copy of this story. THE FEELS, People! And while you‘re grabbing a copy of the book do yourself a solid and grab some Kleenex, a snack and a drink. This will have you laughing, crying and totally loving these characters. TikTok has this one right. Read it! And no I don‘t have that app on my phone. 😆

𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗨𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗼𝗻 proves that, following a devastating loss, it is possible to grow stronger. Especially if you are lucky enough to be supported by someone who loves you unconditionally . . . and forever. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The opening of 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗨𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗼𝗻 by 𝗞𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗶𝗻𝘀 pulled me rt. into her latest story of people facing challenges & transitions.
