Y‘all this book was so sweet and fun I can‘t even. It‘s told from the POV of a horse. Yes, you read that correctly. And then there is Frieda the German shorthair pointer, a couple of ducks, a raven and a young boy. This was a one sitting read for me. Light, fun, and endearing really. All set in the beautiful city of Paris France 🇫🇷

so-so

A lovely and sweet little story about a racehorse that gets loose in Paris and befriends a dog, raven, boy, and a few other characters. It‘s a gentle read that was a little on the dull side for me. Just not my thing, I guess. Looking forward to what the rest of the book group thinks!

My mom gave this to me for Christmas and I didn‘t read the synopsis before I started it, so I had no clue what it was about. It was one of the most quirky, random books I have ever read, but also utterly delightful. I loved every second of it!
