Just finished the coolest morning of COVID19! One of the Universities in my area offered a virtual brunch with Yotam Ottolenghi this morning. In addition to being able to hear him talk about his journey in becoming a chef, we got to make this yummy pasta dish with him! Can hardly wait for the next brunch presentation through Scripps!!!

This beauty may have come home with me from Costco yesterday. I‘ve been eyeballing it online for a couple of months now so we‘ll call it an early Christmas gift. Yotam Ottolenghi is the master of flavor & I‘m excited to add this gorgeous plant-based cookbook to my cookbook & Ottolenghi collection!
