#AuldLangSpine @monalyisha
Here are the top 7 of @JamieArc 's wonderful list that I will be seeking out. I finished format-strategizing based on my library's availability, so I'm going with North Woods, Tom Lake, and Broken Horses on audio and the rest in print. I really only knew about the center column going in (and Everett + Patchett are the only authors I've read before), so I'm excited to try the others. Can't wait to get started! 😃📚😃📚

BarbaraBB Great choices! 6d
monalyisha Not intending to throw your format strategizing for a loop but I‘m listening to Margo‘s Got Money Troubles right now and it‘s great! Elle Fanning reads it. 6d
sarahbarnes I‘d second @monalyisha on the plug to listen to Margot on audio - I‘m doing that right now and it‘s great. Although probably a great book either way. The audio of North Woods is incredible. 6d

Billypar @monalyisha @sarahbarnes That's good to know about the audio of Margo - thanks! I did put in a hold for it, but the wait is 18 weeks, so I was initially thinking print. But 7 books in one month is actually too many for me, so I might hold out for the audio and make it a post-Auld read. 6d
monalyisha @Billypar My eyes are always bigger than my free time, too. The #AuldLangSpine stack tends to be more ambitious than realistic. 🙃 5d
Billypar @monalyisha That saying never loses its relevance: 'so many 📚, so little ⏰️' 5d
TheKidUpstairs The Safekeep and Margo were both on my list this year, too. Excellent selections! (No surprise, @JamieArc has great reading taste!) 4d
JamieArc Aww thanks @TheKidUpstairs That‘s high praise 😊 4d
JamieArc @Billypar I‘m glad to see you are doing North Woods on audio and Broken Horses as well. Brandi narrates it herself and she sings 🎶🎶. I did Margo on audio as well and thought Elle Fanning did it well, but I imagine the story to be just as good in print. My last two books arrived today so I will soon curate my aspirations from your list. 4d
Billypar @TheKidUpstairs Yeah, I'm looking forward to trying both of these since I've been reading other positive reviews. 3d
Billypar @JamieArc Brandi Carlile's name was familiar to me, but as I'm listening to her on Spotify, I'm not sure if I actually heard any of her songs before. I like what I hear so far though, and I'm interested in hearing her tell her story. 3d
