Wow….such a great book. A young girl has an incident at school which leads to her hiding herself away and falling to pieces. She works as a cleaner at a hotel and is asked to help a guest with some local research. They begin to put together lost lives, forbidden love and secrets.
This book has got some excellent mental health representation and I loved floras character and enjoyed watching her character grow.

This has been on my TBR list for a while. Looking forward to reading this as all I‘ve heard are great things.

Much better than I'd expected!
Really appreciated Flora's journey and her acceptance of herself, and the development of her relationships. Made me think a lot about my inner thoughts and emotional need. 🤗🤗🤗

My daughter received this but wasn't interested in reading it 🙄😏. However, she then gave it to me! It's a YA novel which appears to be set not far from where I live, and the author is from Bath. Easy reading but not that light.
