Battle for the Planet of the Apes | 
pickTwenty-five years after buying my first Planet of the Apes movie novelization, on a whim, I finally got around to reading them all. This one, at least, was pretty solid, much better than the halfassed film it's based on. Apparently my copy used to belong to a guy named "Jim Flack", who wrote his name on the inside covers, the fore edge, and the first page. Relax, Jim, no one wants to steal your beat-up Planet of the Apes paperback.
