pickAs is usual with James Patterson and his collaborations, it takes off at great pace and just keeps running! A page turner which delves into the crooked minds of so called high intellect individuals! Some twists do seem contrived and convenient, but you can't let go once you've started!

So, I guess I'll just throw out some content and trigger warnings off the top of my head (there may be more): physical violence (including but not limited to murder); emotional, physical, and sexual abuse (including of children); drug use.

pickI got my signed copy by J.D. Barker in the mail!!! I LOVED THIS BOOK! Never have I wanted to throw my Kindle against the wall quite like I did when I read this one. It was quite maddening, but definitely in a good way. So may twists and turns, you just never know what the hell is going on. #mustread #jdbarkerfanatic

pickI don't care who's name is first....this book has Barker's twisty mind all over it!
A slightly shorter read than I'm used to from Barker but still packed full of whiplash inducing twists and turns that will have you guessing right to the very end.
The super short chapters work for this book as character development isn't really needed but there is a tiny romance introduction that this book did not need.
Release date: Sept. 21....Buy It!!
